Our High Standards for Cleanliness

We continue to uphold our existing stringent standards for cleanliness, sanitization, and hygiene in order to live up to our values of responsibility and compassion. To ensure that what we are doing is accurate, thorough, and efficient, we have listed some of the extra steps that were taken in addition to these stringent routines.

 

Facilities and Public Areas: Frequent sanitization of high-touch surfaces, high-traffic areas including receptions, welcome lounges, restaurants, and related facilities, restrooms, Café rooms, Balcony are among the public spaces and facilities.

 

Food and Beverage: Strict delivery standards, improved training procedures, and rules for safe food handling.

 

Accommodations: Improved procedures for managing guest belongings and laundry, as well as additional cleaning procedures for daily housekeeping service both during the stay and after check-out.
